Experienced CEO with a demonstrated history of working in the plumbing service in the construction industry. Skilled in Value Engineering, Project Control, Construction Drawings, Contractors, and Procurement. Strong business development professional with a B.E.(Construction) degree.

Other associations are Chairman of Indian Plumbing Association, Bangalore Chapter, Accredited Professional of IGBC (Indian Green Building Council, Corporate member of National Safety Council, Committee Member of Shree Indiranagar Gujarati Association and Secretary of Amarjyoti Residents Welfare Association.

We specialize in overall planning and preparation for successful project completion, which includes Shop Drawings, Construction Schedules, Mobilization of Men and Materials, Safety Plans and other activities related to Project Management

On completion of the sample mockup, we will proceed to internal water supply, internal soil & waste, vertical shaft piping, Terrace & basement piping, external water supply, sewerage, stormwater piping, installation of sanitary & C.P fixtures, disinfection & commissioning of pipelines. We have a detailed method statement for each activity which will be strictly adhered to.

PROJECT COMMISSIONING & DOCUMENTATION

It's the final stage and gives a complete Scenario of the project. These are the final process - Submission of As - Installed Drawings along with Operation & Maintenance Manuals, Receipt of Virtual completion certificate. Accounts reconciliation and final settlement.
